Acceptable Use
You agree to use AI Syndicate products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content.
Service Levels
SaaS services are provided "as is" with best-effort availability. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their contracts.
Liability
AI Syndicate products provide enforcement tooling. They evaluate policy before execution and produce audit evidence. They do not make model outputs deterministic or guarantee external provider behavior. Ultimate responsibility for AI system behavior, policy quality, and deployment posture remains with the deploying organization.
Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers receive supplementary deployment, service level, retention, security, and data processing terms as part of the deployment agreement. For the enterprise agreement package, contact [email protected].
