Data Collection
AI Syndicate collects minimal data necessary for service operation. We do not use customer data to train AI models. All audit data — evidence records, approval bindings, policy decisions — is customer data and remains under customer control.
Data Storage
Customer audit data is stored in your own infrastructure (self-hosted) or in dedicated, isolated instances (SaaS). Self-hosted deployments keep all evidence data on your infrastructure. SaaS audit data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share customer audit data with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., cloud hosting providers) with strict data processing agreements.
Enterprise Data Processing
Enterprise customers receive supplementary data processing, subprocessor, retention, and service terms as part of the deployment agreement. For the enterprise privacy and DPA package, contact [email protected] or [email protected].
